What type of office are you moving from?
Our specialist attends your office · assesses items & packing · issues a fixed written quote
No two offices pack down the same way. The furniture's different, the equipment's different, the access is different, and the only honest way to price that accurately is to have someone stand in the space and see it, not guess from a form.
Fill in the form above with the basics. We'll confirm a survey appointment within 24–48 hours, at a time that fits around your team.
Our surveyor walks every room - counting items, checking packing needs, measuring access routes, and noting any specialist equipment. Nothing's assumed.
Within 2 hours, you get a detailed, itemised fixed price covering every item, every box, every part of the job. What we quote is what you pay.
Your dedicated coordinator and crew arrive on time, fully equipped, working from the plan the survey produced. You get on with running the business.
Because no two office moves are the same. How many boxes you'll need, what packing materials suit your equipment, how many crew the job takes, and whether anything needs specialist crating, none of that can be worked out over the phone or from a form. We've surveyed offices where a single server room doubled the original estimate. We've seen packing jobs that needed five times the materials an online calculator would have guessed at. The survey takes 30 to 90 minutes and costs nothing. What you get back is a price built on what we actually saw - one that doesn't move on moving day.
The kind of office you're in changes what needs to move, how it needs packing, what vehicles the job needs, and how long it takes. Select your type below to see exactly what that means for your move.
Managed Workspace · Lighter Move but Access-Critical
A serviced office is a fully managed space - the kind you'd find with Regus, WeWork, IWG or Spaces - where you rent part of a larger building and the operator provides shared facilities. Because most of the desks, chairs, and furniture belong to the operator rather than you, the move itself focuses on personal IT equipment, monitors, files, branded items, and accessories.
These moves tend to be faster and lighter than a full leased-office relocation, but they come with their own complication: strict coordination with building management over access windows, lift bookings, and any after-hours charges the operator applies. Our surveyor's main job here is working out exactly which items are yours and which belong to the operator - a distinction no online calculator can make, and one that causes genuine disputes on moving day if it isn't sorted in advance.
Our surveyor documents your items separately from the operator's, confirms building access hours, lift dimensions, and loading bay logistics, and flags any out-of-hours service charges the building applies.
fixed after on-site survey
Monitors, laptops, and docking stations need custom anti-static foam crates. The surveyor counts every device and specifies the exact crate size and padding required.
Bankers boxes for files, sealed bags for anything sensitive - volume counted during the survey, typically 2–10 boxes per employee.
Signage, framed artwork, and display screens, measured and wrapped as part of the survey. Not something a form-based calculator can size up.
Three steps to a survey booking, where you're moving from and to, what kind of office and floor area you're working with, and which extra services you might need. You'll see an estimated range straight away; the fixed figure comes after the survey.
Step 1 — Office Details
Pricing scales with space - from a Micro office under 500 sq ft through to Enterprise floors over 25,000 sq ft, each with its own starting price.
Step 2 — Service Details
Beyond the move itself, most offices need at least one extra: IT relocation, full packing, clearance, storage, archive moves, or furniture assembly. Flag what you think you'll need; the surveyor confirms the rest.
Booking 4+ weeks out gets you standard rates. Tighter timelines carry a premium (+10% under 4 weeks, +25% under 2 weeks) simply because urgent moves cost more to crew and resource properly.
Step 3 — Your Details

Packing materials are one of the most underestimated costs in any office move, and the only accurate way to price them is to physically count what needs packing, not average it.
Online calculators work off averages, and averages rarely fit your office. A 20-person marketing agency can generate twice the paper and display items of a 20-person accountancy firm doing the same headcount. A 30-person law firm might need five times the document boxes of a tech startup its size.
During the survey, we walk every room, open every cupboard, and note every item that needs packing - screens, glass, fragile pieces, archive volumes, oversized furniture. That walk-through is what actually produces the packing materials list built into your fixed quote.
Every desk, shelf, cabinet, and storage unit gets assessed and categorised - standard, fragile, high-value, oversized, or specialist.
A precise list of boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, foam crates, blankets, and specialist materials, broken down by grade and quantity, straight from the survey findings.
Materials and labour are built into your fixed quote, no running out of boxes on the day, no last-minute bubble wrap runs.
On moving day, the team turns up with exactly what the survey specified - no wasted time, no supply trips mid-job.
Heavy-duty boxes for files, books, and general contents, in small through extra-large grades.
Standard and heavy-gauge, for screens, glassware, and framed items.
Custom-cut for IT equipment, monitors, and servers, each device measured individually.
Heavy wool blankets for desks, cabinets, and boardroom tables.
For framed artwork and surface-sensitive items, especially in studios and retail spaces.
Security seals for document boxes and anything confidential.
Colour-coded labels and barcodes on every box, for fast, accurate unpacking.
ESD-safe bags and conductive foam for IT and electronics, mandatory for server room moves.
Distance is confirmed at the survey stage, not guessed at beforehand, but here's how the bands work, so you know the general direction before that visit happens.
Same city. No distance supplement, standard rates apply throughout.
Nearby towns. A small supplement covers the extra drive time and fuel.
Regional move. Covers fuel, tolls, and an extended vehicle day-rate.
